SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped directly from Japan via DHL and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

We dispatch orders within 1 business day of purchase, excluding Japanese public holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday in Japan.

If a product is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase, and your dispatch timeline will be longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your DHL tracking number, which you can use to follow your package's progress at dhl.com.
